Hi! I'm Mary, a 200 hour certified yoga teacher. I teach classes in various locations in Rome as well as plan retreats and teach private lessons. I'm passionate about yoga and try to embody the philosophies that are behind the practice. I teach the vinyasa style which is connecting breath and movement. I am looking forward to practicing with you!

Yoga and Sailing
In Studio: Held Saturday mornings near the Colosseum at 10AM, mats are included and we always go together for a coffee afterwards! This is an open level class and suitable for allOpen Air: Held in Rome's iconic parks during the evening, open air yoga helps to connect with nature and relax deeply as you hear the birds and breath the fresh air
